I’m honoured to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. As a psychotherapist, my role is to support you in shedding what no longer serves you and guiding you to live from a heart-centered place, aligned with your authentic self.
My path has been one of deep exploration, shedding old beliefs, limiting programs, and ego identities. I believe healing begins when we create a safe, nurturing space for connection, rooted in trust, self-acceptance, and compassion. This space is where transformation occurs, and it’s the foundation of the work I do.
I work with those who feel ungrounded, creatives struggling with self-worth, individuals who have experienced trauma, or high-functioning people who feel confused or disconnected. Together, we’ll map out your inner experience and identify the parts of yourself that need healing. Through co-regulation and self-discovery, we’ll transform those fragmented parts and reconnect you with your authentic self.
In addition to psychotherapy, I integrate sound therapy and holistic practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and energy healing to support your healing journey. These practices help release blockages, calm the nervous system, and create balance and peace.
